Great Puzzle in one of the papers that quite a percentage of people don't get right.

Bob is looking at Sue, but Sue it looking at Tom

Bob is married. Tom is not married.

Is a married person looking at an unmarried person.

Yes

No

Or it can't be determined.

Answers on a postcard please. Or actually just post them here it's easier

If you wrote it the marital statuses down it might make it easier

Can't be determined... unless

Bob has a split personality called tom... so sue is actually looking at both bob and tom at the same time...

But that's not going to help because we don't know if sue is married or not..

Ah crap it

Bobs is married.if sue is not married he's looking at an unmarried person.

But if she's married then she's looking at an unmarried person.

Bob is looking at his wife Sue with dagger eyes, because Sue is looking at Tom thinking she wouldn't mind a bit of that.

So yea a married person is looking at a unmarried person

Oh Lord we will have MENSA quaking in their boots. Reminds me of the old Limerick puzzle. If it takes 5 men two days to dig a hole how long does it take 10 men to dig half a hole lol.
