Just a quick Spag Bol tonight with garlic bread,had planned a nice stuffed pork roast but forgot to take said pork roast outta the freezer in time.Look forward to having it tomorrow night instead .

Turkey Meatloaf

(Beef and pork mince can be used also)

I sauté a lot of finely chopped garlic onions mushrooms and peppers off with some panchetta red wine and herbs strain them off let cool then mix with the turkey mince some breadcrumbs and add a small dash of Worcestershire some puree and an egg. line a loaf tin with rashers and put the mix in. Cook in a water bath slow very slow mmmmmm

Chicken breast, cut in centre, filled with green pesto, top covered in philadelphia and wrapped in parma ham, sweet potato chips and cheese cauliflower.

Well on days off I like to make a chicken & veg creamy pie with puff pastry top..creamy mash and a bit of side salad...totally cholesterol vein blocking but luuuurve my savoury

A bit late but hey, Tuesday Wednesday whatevs. I did chicken tikka masala, basmati rice, mini naan breads & bombay potatoes with some wilted spinach...
