Moving to Belfast in March . I know the club scene is non existent but what is the private party scene like ?

Wow! Going by your pictures you're more than welcome!

The Scene (I find) is quite poor in the north for my age anyway! I think we're still quite behind the times.

In saying that the ones I have met before have been A1. Perfect meets!

Party scene in N Ireland is quite stagnant at the moment....people seem more interested in M&G's. Lots of smaller gatherings but very few parties of a decent size...depends what you're into.

The scene in general is quite cliquey, which doesn't help. Hopefully it's just temporary and things will pick up again soon?? I've tried to stir a bit of interest recently but found a lack of numbers willing to commit.

Thanks for the heads up ! Cliquey is never good I enjoy the clubs and tend to go to larger parties (15-20) I'll be starting my own single profile as well when I move as Anglo is staying in Chester and I will visit to play as a couple and visa versa. I'll keep my eyes peeled for any parties you suggest .

Unfamiliar with the couple scene and would have loved to have seen more couples post on this thread..

..but its maybe indicative of the scene here....it does exist....but you may find you have to go searching....

..there will however..be no shortage of single men queuing up!!!

Plenty of life in the scene both north and south.

Never found the scene cliquey as its too small and fractured to be. Its clear active couples are able to find exactly what they want, it all just depends how active they are themselves. People confuse cliques with their own lack of appeal.

You'll also find lots happening down south, with Dublin being under two hours away you have regular private parties, the Venue, Nimhneach (fetish) and lots of similar playmates.

Thanks - big move day Thursday , north west England had such an open friendly scene bit disappointed it's cliquey ! I'll just have to work hard to change that lol

Dublin is only a train ride away so tha good
