Hi everyone.. thanks again for the interest.

Here's a bit more information...

Firstly its still going ahead

On the accommodation:

I have a property in mind that sleeps 20.

These beds will be given to the first 19 who pay. I'm keeping one bed for myself

A list of near by hotels/bnb's will be given to anyone else who needs/wants to stay over.

How to book your place:

On the first week in April I'll be sending Pm's to all the couples and single ladies. And to twice the number of single men as single ladies.

i.e... if there are 10 single ladies I'll invite 20 single men.

This Pm will contain general location of the party property within 30 miles and the date of the wkend. And I'll be asking everyone whose still interested to pm me back.

Once I have enough replies back I'll ask for payments to book your place.

Payment:

Youll then receive the bank account details to pay to book your place at the party.

Put a description on your payment when paying..your first name & first letter of your sir name (or make one up) so i can see your payment in my bank details.

Once you've payed..pm me back with the description and the date n time you payed.

The first ones to pay will get a free bed at the property.

I'll pm you back confirming your payment.. and then you're booked in

As soon as I have enough money to pay for the accommodation..ill book the house and reply again and confirm that the party is going ahead.

If we don't get enough interest all payments will be returned.

As you can see from the count above there are many more men than single ladies.

When the invites go out.. I will invite all the couples and single ladies..

With the single men, to make it fair and so every man has a chance.. a message will go out to all the men, the first that reply to that message will get an invite to the party.

The revised ratio will be 1 to 1.5.

i.e if there are 10 single ladies, there will be 15 single men.

I hope this clears up any confusion

Sorry we now have plenty of single men.. so there's still a couple of weeks for Single Ladies & Couples to put your name down.

There is a Change to the Pricing:

I wanted to make the accommodation free but that's just not possible as the Larger Properties That Have Beds For 20/30 People Are Just Too Expensive... around €2000+

So There Will Be A Small €40 Charge Per Person To Stay At The Venue For The Full Wkend..Covers Both Nights

So it would work out as:

Couples Staying 50 (couple fee) +40+40 (40 for Him & 40 for Her To Stay). Total =€130

Singles Staying 40 (singles fee)+40 (To Stay) Total =€80

Anyway not staying at property Payment will still be just:

€40 single male/female

€50 per couple

That will only work if the single men are staying at the house. If they say they are staying at a local hotel you'll have no idea if they'll actually turn up or not.Might want to invite some extras

Here's the first game for the naked party wkend

This is a warm up to get everyone introduced to everyone else and to have a laugh as well

The game is: Kiss..lick..fiddle.

What we need: a deck of cards with all the even numbers taken out &.. a lot of naked bodies

We all sit in a circle.. boy girl..boy girl.. boy girl etc ...

The first person turns over the top card.. he draws a 3..turns to the person 3rd on his left and they Kiss for 3 seconds. (Lips..neck..or somewhere else)

She then takes the remaining cards..turns over the next..she gets a 1 and kisses the person next to her for 1 sec.

This goes on till all the cards have been used.

We reshuffle.. starting from the last person who finished..draw a card.. this time its Licking..the options would be face, neck or nipple.

3rd round... fiddle..

Hopefully by the 3rd round everyone's heated up and enjoying themselves

Many more games planned.

Ladies or couples if this sounds like a nice way to spend a summer wkend.. let me know

Hi sexy blue eyes.. the reason its up nice and early is so we can get the money together to cover the accommodation as early as possible so the dates and venues general location can be confirmed to everyone whose going well in advance.

And it helps those who haven't got a bed at the venue to book a near by hotel/bnb.

Hopefully this will make it easier for everyone whose going.

A message will be sent out 2 weeks before the party..just to remind people..in case anyones forgot

But it looks like all the single lady's and couples will end up booking out all the rooms at the venue, and no room for us single guy's. Or have you rooms set aside

I'll be pming ladies and couples first on the 11th April... the number of men going will depend on the number of single women..to keep the numbers in some sort of ratio.

Its good to be careful..there has been too much hassle in the past with venues getting in the papers or being cancelled completely.

How to book your place:

On the first week in April I'll be sending Pm's to all the couples and single ladies. And to twice the number of single men as single ladies.

i.e... if there are 10 single ladies I'll invite 20 single men.

This Pm will contain general location of the party property within 30 miles and the date of the wkend. And I'll be asking everyone whose still interested to pm me back.

Once I have enough replies back I'll ask for payments to book your place.

Payment:

Youll then receive the bank account details to pay to book your place at the party.

Put a description on your payment when paying..your first name & first letter of your sir name (or make one up) so i can see your payment in my bank details.

Once you've payed..pm me back with the description and the date n time you payed.

The first ones to pay will get a free bed at the property.

I'll pm you back confirming your payment.. and then you're booked in

As soon as I have enough money to pay for the accommodation..ill book the house and reply again and confirm that the party is going ahead.

If we don't get enough interest all payments will be returned.

I'm up for going but i would Prefer mid -week??

There will be a minimal fee for a bed at the venue

There is a Change to the Pricing:

I wanted to make the accommodation free but that's just not possible..

If a person pays cash into another persons bank account rather than using a card, your bank details won't show. You would have to go into your actual bank to pay by cash though.

He has to pay a deposit beforehand to keep the place but it's quite a lot of money that he has to pay in advance & he doesn't have it...

You can pay cash into someone's account and use a reference on lodgement slip. It's used for other parties here and nobody minds once they trust the host.

Just be careful with paypal because if they see regular money going in they take it u are running a business and look for commission and block the funds. It happened to us before and took 6 months for us to get "our" money back off them.

We operate the same way for our galway weekends. We ask people for a deposit (as we understand people dont always have full amount straight away) and final payment 2 weeks prior to event

People have the option to give us cash (if they come and meet us in the venue), postal orders or pay into savings account that we opened specially. When people pay into the account that doesnt give us access to their full bank details it only gives a transaction code. And then they put their names or username (if not too rude lol).

Actually that's exactly what I did when I booked my place for the 3 day New Years Eve bash in Galway. That was my 1st 'overnight' experience and I found nothing wrong with being asked to pay up front. And I happily did so again as soon as they advertised their next event. Yes I could have been out of pocket, but I found out what I could and made an informed decision. I don't think any organiser should be out of pocket, and I think that's far less likely to happen if you are asking for payment up front. Having said that, I hope there's enough single guys 'ahead of me on the list' that are not happy and pull out so I receive an invitation
