Deleting profiles

why do so many on here delete profiles and then within a few days set up new ones and then start looking for old friends?

Attention seeking seems to be common factor around here.

Note we appreciate an odd profile is deleted by accident

Thats going on alot im afraid. Had female from longford tx me other day, then when I replied she had deleted her profile

I think there are alot of fake profiles with pic hunters...they tend to delete quite often.

I find that when they say deleted by accident cant be right cause it asks you to input ur password again and then are you sure u want to delete profile , how can this be a mistake mind boggles

I find that when they say deleted by accident cant be right cause it asks you to input ur password again and then are you sure u want to delete profile , how can this be a mistake mind boggles

Sometimes you just lose the head on here and delete in a rage or decide you have had enough. I am on my third profile.

Sometimes it's because they're psycho.

Sometimes it's because you've been on the receiving end of said psycho.

Sometimes no shows do this rather than face the music.

Pic collectors do this.

People caught out in their Walter Mitty world of lies do this.

People who stalk.

People who have been stalked.

People who just get pissed off and do it in a rage.

People who leave for love but realise it wasn't.

I've heard them all and worse and have been on the receiving end of one or two of these.

Gotta love fab!

I deleted my profile to make sure I wasn't tempted to doss while I was studying for exams it can be a massive distraction and ever so addictive. I took a break after exams and Xmas and then decided I wanted some more distractions....some folk have genuine reasons and its OK that we don't need to know them. Granted there are those who just do it for the hell of it ?!?

We deleted ours in a weak moment whilst fed up lol but by no means an accident. It could never be accidentally deleted. We wised up and rejoined 2 days later

I also find a lot of profiles will just say they've been on here before (& I also get that in private messages) when they haven't as its away to try to get out of/explain not having any verifications.

I very nearly deleted mine at weekend. But resisted cause I know I'll most likely return. This is my third or fourth profile now have lost track

I did the same last year. Left for two months. There was no point hiding it as I'd still have the temptation to log in.

Same as couldn't change where my updates where seen so deleted and changed location.. I've deleted a few though and usually because fed up.
