In a lot of literature across all cultures , the appearance of a doppleganger, usually is a portend of death or a sizemic change in the characters life , a change in direction a passing phase , a new life phase to be entered ,a lasting change in the character forever. In many instances the person will see the doppleganger more than once, and may follow them on their path through life until the end , when they will see the doppleganger one last time.A doppleganger isn't really a person/entity you really want to meet/see never mind sleep with.
