If you cant shake your flu..a visit to your gp might be best to check for an underlying infection or bacteria. Im assumimg you've tried self care already and over the counter medication? Take some pro biotitics afterwards to give your immune system a boost.

It's not flu,maybe a bad cold,but definitely not flu.if you had flu you wouldn't have the energy to think about fab,never mind write a forum post.

Paracetamol,plenty of rest and fluid,n let nature take its course.

As yet there's no cure for the common cold.

If you were prescribed steriods youve an infection in your chest or lungs. Your best bet is plenty of rest and hot drinks while on these meds. Id leave fab alone for a bit until youre feeling better
