Any point in naming sham profiles?

Hi guys,

Is there much point in naming sham profiles? we've come across quite a few couple profiles that are rotten old men and some use this forum lying through their teeth and engaging with others.

I've personally noticed other folks engaging with them here under the pretence that they're a couple and you really want to post up and say something but I know it's against forum rules etc.

Having said that I guess 90% of the couple profiles here are a sham.

What do you think? Just leave them for others to find out or let folks know?

One couple, named in our status sent face pics last night of another Irish couple and of a woman on this site in England who we actually know. They've (sham couple) removed themselves from the site now

Unfortunately you don't remove people just profiles

I'm afraid they'll return again to scam more .

I don't understand what goes through their minds when it comes to meets

Are they hoping the couple will say well seeing as your here or something?

Allowing naming and shaming would allow malicious false reporting, besides which the true offenders will just start again with a new profile.

OP, I would say it would be totally pointless, it would be tit for tat on here, lies, innuendoes and half-truths been told, id say there is enough of that going on here behind the scenes,

They are just trolls getting their kicks from leading on peeps

They have no intention of stepping away from their desk ever

Most are still at home with the mother!!!

There needs to be a new system on the joining process itself on the site, far to many fakes, multiple profile holders, dodgy gits on here and it's usually a lot of tbe time older men at this game, ruining for us younger men as everyone has trust issues, o find it very tough on here

Unfortunately most people are right about naming and shaming, it would lead to all sorts of vendettas...i am tho all up for information sharing...and I find wee chats on kik very useful for that..

..now hopefully you all dont take this out of context...discretion is paramount..

I prefer to make up my own mind about someone that to go by what others say behind their backs.

I would name and shame only she's UNLOS! Deleted her profile 5 mins before she was meeting me! What do people get out of arranging a social meet and chatting right up to the point of meeting then just vanish?

they get the maximum amount of annoyance from you with minimal effort from themselves.

So looks like naming and shaming in a status is against the rules too. Had ours deleted and sent a warning. There's zero deterrent for these wasters in fab.
