The forums seem to have taken a dip. Simple threads asking for advice or looking for old friends or asking simple questions are riddled with smart comments. Haven't seen a decent fun thread in a while tbh.

The old chestnut thread "The forums aren't what they used to be , Well do you know what your statistically correct . The Ireland forum is actually declining in volumes of Threads per month. The number of Threads per month grew steady month on month up to and peaked in March 2015 (1026 threads )and has been in decline since if you look at year on year numbers .

Actually if the forum had a de duplication function (ie refer you to past threads on pubic hair in the last two months before letting you post a new thread on the topic yet again ) so that only original content could be posted I reckon we would be down to maybe 100 threads a month

So come do your bit and continue with the barely alive mandatory good morning thread , There was at least a four day gap last week between fu*k off avoid , block thread , sorry fuck , kiss avoid thread is what I meant.

Standards are slipping there was a bbc thread there today and there was four normal sane comments before the mandatory channel 4 /rte /utv joke was posted .

Only last week a post on escorts almost died before somebody made the mandatory ford escort 1.6 joke

Effort needs to be put in standards are slipping way to much

There were times the forums had me in knots laughing,Cj..McCarthy and fooie dare I say fluffer and lotta with his moosic threads....but I think most of the magic that was fun has disappeared and nothing but a sarcastic bunch that love jumping on the bandwagon and causing trouble...

The ireland forum has turned to shit no point in lamenting over it, you will just make yourselves think about the good times in the forums that you will never get back
