I am not at all sure how they measure this or work it out but apparently today (Monday 18th January 2016) is the most depressing day of the year.

In light of this would has anyone got some uplifting or inspirational saying, or funny jokes to lift some of this sadness?

Only up, not well, need hugs, dry January got wet last night, on a lighter note I've for the first time since Xmas have money in my wallet. Time to start to arrange our next hotel fun.....after I sleep
