Every day..go u, but running every day, not sure that wise but challenging no doubt. I workout or run most days, enjoy both. Alternate between sprints and longer runs. Prob do a few half marathon, not sure about full one, and think I will.do Hell & back again, this time in May, so it be a bit warmer

It's only 25 minutes a day

Yet I hate it but feel great after it; -)

Every day definitely too much and make you much more prone to injury. Every second day or 5 days max a week is more than enough and shouldn't be exceeded. The body needs it's rest too.

Well done for setting yourself a challenge. Hope it goes well! People saying that you can't run everyday, are talking rubbish! Obviously if you feel sore take a day off, you aren't a complete eejit I presume.

Don't get disheartened if you miss a day here and there! Running 5k for 5 days is still better than sitting on your behind!

on the hill NordWest of

I did 5k/10k runs for years but I gave up running 2 years ago, was out jogging and asked myself why are you doing this to yourself? I didn't enjoy it and running on concrete is not good for your joints. Since then I'm happy on my bike, spinning, swimming or aqua aerobics, it works much better for me.
