Many of you watching it?gotta say i think its a great idea,albeit that the leaders have alot of sob stories.Still it gets the nation talking and thinking about their health..oh and Katherine Thomas is gorgeous so v easy viewing too!

Anyone interested here in fab on entering.maybe we could try to lose 100 stone between all of us on fab?anyone interested?

I totally agree,everyone can benefit from it in some way even if its only a small change in our habits,it can lead to a positive impact.It can be tough alright but the rewards are greater than anything you can buy...your health.
