Yes, both of us are off the booze, all chocolate,sweets and the likes were put in the fire last night, 3 cans of beer poured down the sink. Starting walking also. Kids back to school Wednesday so back to morning sex this week. Plus herself is going to try and get on here more often. Can't wait to feel healthy again,

Ah a protein shot now and then is no harm, but not to be mixed up with a meat fondue where you put a lovely juicy piece of meat on a skewer and dip it into hot liquid mmmmmmm!
