Ok I'm 36 hours without smoking and I have no nails left going to be a long week.

By the fourth day, you will have the smoking habit licked. Much harder to give up boozing imo.

It'll be two hard to drink and not smoke so the beer has to go for a while

Go to one of the kiosks you see that sell them and ask them. Most of the people behind them would know what one to use.
