I really depends on your am size and shape. And how secure you want to be. The CB Range are excellent. I'm a fan of the CB3000 myself but the curve is a good option for the larger man. It also depends on it you're a shower or a grower . If you're a grower you can go smaller with the CB6000. Other good option in plastic is the holy trainer. If you like metal then the jailbird is a good basic option. Personally I like the asylum in metal. Check out Irish dugeon website as he has a good range actually. Do some measurements before you buy for a good fit. Happy hunting. !
