What a lonely Christmas never felt as down on Christmas...Christmas day lying in bed all my own with no one around me and no one to talk to

Ah mate. My heart goes out to you. It's the one time of year you should never be alone on. Please stay online here and talk to people so as your not totally alone. Make friends. Chat. Have fun. I understand it's a lonely time of year but try not let it get you down. Here's a smile just for you.

I had a lot of those Christmas times when I lived abroad, stayed in bed willing the day to go faster. Totally feel your pain, next year plan a change. Xxx

Mate the best advice I ever got was when your at the bottom you can't go anywhere but up. Make what you can of your new year and don't give up.

If you're really feeling that low then here is not the right place for you to be. Call the out of office hours gp and see if they can see you or if you need to go to a&e. Even try the Samaritans for someone to talk to. There is always someone to talk to who can help you. I hope you feel better soon.
