Christmas gift ideas for my Pelvic Affiliate

Hey all! Having made my way into cork city for the annual Christmas gift shopping expedition, I find myself slightly perplexed when it comes to ideas for something for a beneficial friend. And then I thought, who better to ask for advice than all you fantastic fab forum fellows!

I'm looking for your thoughts/experiences, naturally I'll get the odd clown offering his services!
