Fake verifications

Seems to be a new thing (at least I've only noticed it recently) of males verifying new female profiles without meeting them obviously in hope for a meet verification back themselves. Anybody else notice this ?

Maybe the new female is on the site due to a recommendation from her latest verification

How did the first verifications start then? So If you're not verified and meet up with a non verified you cannot verify them is that right? That can be frustrating I guess.

Saw this last week. The female actually put up a status looking to be verified. Ten minutes later was verified. Reported but I say admin have their hands full.

There are also well verified /known women on this site who verify newbies just cos they chat and want to help them get started.

Don't always believe what you read and don't be afraid to report if you know it.

I came across a new one yesterday,

All pics were from well known porn sites! (TinEye is a wonderful thing)

Totally screamed 'Genuine'

Noticed this exact one myself few minutes ago too.

Maybe she had a cam verification right away

But personally I doubt it.

I have been here for a long time and still have not had an opportunity to be verified. No one wants to meet an unverified male and I cant have a chance to meet cause im not verified. It kinda sucks.

I have had some coffee meet offers but after a week or so they disappeared. I think i have been very unfortunate by all counts.

Lots of new comers post that they joined because they heard about the site from others. I have encouraged others to join and have verified them when they did. It's because I know them and have met them.

I've also verified friends who I've met when they have rejoined the site.

They are all genuine examples of how new members can be genuinely verified.

Verifications should always be taken as only a factor in deciding whether to engage with a person. There are very well verified completely insane nut bags on here ya know!

I would imagine that there are some verified nutbags here. Same as anywhere I guess. I stumbled on here while browsing. I think its harder to meet if your not verified compared to if you are.

There are many who return after deleting a profile and within minutes get veris....Their answer is ....its people I knew from before. Just leaves a question mark over what is a veri and what is its purpose unfortunately. In another post I asked what people thought about an option of being able to hide veris but have them on display for friends list or for a chosen person. Some interesting thoughts on that came up.
