I do circuits, boxing and free weights but don't like cross fit...is to fast and competitive for me and you lose good form with the speed element. ..or maybe that's just me lol..

The speed element is only part of the work out and really you should concentrate on form before speed

Yea I done insanity last year got good results from it. I agree the speed in some classes is hard to keep form.

tabata is just a term for a block of ultra high interval training sessions. for instance in Spin tabata would be sprint for 20 seconds, 5 seconds off, repeat. The key being doing it in blocks of 10 means youre challenged by the end.

crossfit, grit, insanity.. all basically the same variations on high interval training. all pretty good and with rapid results. Just find a class that suits you rather than a particular program. Enjoying the atmosphere is important in any exercise routine that challenges you like these do.

Try a few different types of training. I do boxing, rugby, circuit training and weights.

Diet is the first thaang to get sorted I think. It's probably 60% diet and 40% exercise.

I ain't a fitness trainer just a guesstimate

I changed my diet, cut out a load of stuff, started eating healthier and took up Trx, great results after a few weeks, still more to do but enjoying this new burst of energy and body shape.

I would do HIIT, tabata, runs, cardio.. Strength training. I enjoy group training..

I've done cross fit.. Loved it but can't afford it..

fitness take many forms' you get out what you put in' diet inportant' but more important is not to make change in diet too quick' rapid diets fail because of too many hunger pangs' some people do weights/ core others bootcamps' it what suite you and your aims
