Fruit and muesli with pure able yogurt over it for b/fast. SALAD or chicken wrap for lunch and Donny could be the aim plate of spuds and veg. Pick on fruit between meals......and I'm still overweight but a lot more energy. Oh and beers twice a week.

Brekky: Greek Yogurt, oats & fruit with coffee.

Lunch: Red Thai curry, Jasmine rice & Som Tan.

Tea: Homemade veg soup with a crusty roll, fruit salad.

Was out 4 dinner 2 weeks ago and had a fish pie! Salmon cod and smoked haddock in it! Was scrumptious
