There was a recent thread about new music that introduced me to stone sour, great band and thanks to ever put them up.

Anyway ive just go back into rap music after watching the nwa film and have started to look for some more hip hop albums.

Just found a tribe called quest and im listening to "the low end theory" at the min and its an amazing album.

Im a big fan of redman and methodman, biggie, obie trice cheers and all the jurassic 5 albums but if anyone has any other suggestions be sure to add to the thread.

His new album is awful tho. Think its called to kill a dove or something like that. Bloody awful album. 1 good song on it.

Check out brother ali and atmosphere or any other rhymesayers artists. Top quality. The root. Irish artists like Rob Kelly, sons phonetic. And British stuff like Leaf Dog. Should keep you busy for a while lol

Check out fort minor. Not hardcore rap but I enjoy it. Also look around for the executioners album. Its about ten years old but often overlooked.

Dr. Dre hasnt produced for kendrick, he's more like his manager but thats whats i thought as well because he's such an iconic producer
