The day we joined we got verify because we had met a few and they told us about the page. It can happen. When we joined we messaged them to say hello and got it that way.

A very graphic verification is in my eyes a bad one. If I see one I judge not only the person that left it but also the person that left it visible on their profile. Hence my saying it depends on your definition of bad.... That's my opinion on it anyway.
