A great big thank you to the people of Galway and Athenry for the spin off cycle today. Remember it's ok not to feel ok and it's ok to ask for help.

Sometimes the comments on the forums are somewhat harsh please think twice before you post a harsh comment you never know what lies behind a post. People often hide behind a front but the reality of their life may be a lot different. We need to encourage people to life their lives true to themselves and not how they thank they should live it.

Well done to all who partook. The coloured bicycles at the roundabouts was a great idea, really raised awareness.

I thought it was part of the main event, didn't realise it was a spin-off until I looked up the site this morning.

Agree with the second part of your post completely and well done in a very worthwhile cause that's gripped this country for many years
