It's been suggested you can't apply enough even pressure to the (quite large bag) to get it strong enough, if you leave it too long it becomes quite bitter or that the coffee has gone stale by the time you get to use it as it's packaged in such small amounts." While the temperature of boiling water and steam is the same, steam has much more energy to release the coffee aroma and whatever else comes outta coffee powder. it's a bit like sex, as steamer as better, more energy is being released and more fun being had  | |||

What about a French Press or a percolator?"I'm not saying you can't brew a coffee, ie French Press, the outcome is just different in taste and strength. Again like with sex, different people different preferences, I like the one coming out of a good coffee machine working on the steam principle the best. | |||
