Which will give me 5 stone off since March) " Write down what u eat in day, you'd be surprised what chap is in there. Fill the fridge with good food, so when you snack there is good stuff going into. Plan your meals, bulk cook if necessary so ur never stuck and have to go for a takeaway | |||
