I love them. I only have one myself, on my ribs. Hurt like hell when the needle was right on the bone.

Worth it though. I am planning to get more!

It wasn't too bad. I used to have two bars in my tongue - got them done at the same time. Now THAT was painful. I couldn't chew anything for a week.

All my piercings are gone now though - so many places won't employ a man with piercings.
