There are plenty to choose from in The Uk, in Holland, Germany, Austria, Belgium etc nude is the norm and wearing swim suits in the sauna is frowned upon, they have mixed days and the odd ladies only day in most places. The INA have pool sauna visits in Ireland I think, check their website.
