Made a pizza off a gluten free wrap as the base. Just mushrooms and bacon. Wel tomato puree too. And mozarella cheese and some garlic Italian herbs! It's in the oven as I type!

Stripes of filet from beef, served on basmati rice and cocosmilk cream sauce with a salad of wild rocket, spinach, tonato on balsamico, accompanied with a young Rioja and cheese cake for desert
