As a single female member I'd be busy responding to guys night noon and morning if I were to reply and say thanks but no thanks to the messages I get. Common sense indicates no reply=not interested so why would you need a response to confirm that? albeit it polite or not. You already know the answer so what's the difference? And the same goes visa versa if I send a message and its deleted or not replied to, I say oh well and forget about it.No biggie

Just rise above it and maybe try Socials, Meet/Greets...

It doesn't take a lot of effort to be polite and message back to one!

I think what the op is getting at is the amount of women he messages versus the replies he gets. I can definitely see his point but also I can see why single girls won't reply if a guy isn't for them. Women here are outnumbered by at least 10 to 1 and that's a lot of dear john letters to be writing!!

I prefer a thanks but no thanks. With the volume of mail problem sometimes mails never get read and they might be happy to hear from you if you message a second time at another time.

Id say fifty+ percent of the time a polite no thanks response leads to more mails generally with responses like "why not" "how do you know without even chatting to me" "youre a stuck up bitch" etc. Which is why ive stopped replying all the time. Also most just keep mailing you anyway even once youve told them no thanks.

Obviously not everyone on here is like this but those who are tend to ruin it for the genuine people.

Yup, which is probably why fab rules state no reply = not interested. We also state on our profile that we will not reply if not interested - why waste anyone's time getting into a conversation when we are never going to meet...
