When someone winks you or looks at your profile. You look at they're profile and pics and decide you'd like to chat.

Do you write a long message to avoid the 'I hate one liners' or keep it brief? Knowing that, for me, as a single male without a six pack I probably won't get a response?

Gets demoralising after a while..

I'm crap at messages but I never send "wanna fuck" as a first one...I prefer a more subtle approach like "any chance of an oul ride luv???"

Not too long. not too short. Read their profile and message them something witty about it. I used to read a profile, find a typo and point it out. You'd usually get the "feck off ya prick" reply but it did break the ice.

It's doesn't seem like any particular message is the right one. I've never opened a message with want a shag but have been polite and tried to spark yo a conversation. Seems like you'd need to be Parkinson to please some people

i dont tend to send first messages. the shear amout of mails women get it is best off letting them mail you first. but when i do send a message its generally about something they have posted on the forum or about something on there profile.
