Gatsby Casino Meet and Greet

As was previously mentioned on the forums, we are proud to finally announce the details of the 1920's themed casino meet & greet have been finalised. Now we just request your company to enjoy what will be an extra special evening for our guests to enjoy.

The idea for this was originally conceived over a year ago, so a lot of thought and consideration has went into the finer details of making this a night to remember.

The plan is for everyone invited to glam it up 1920's style and enjoy the surroundings of the venue which we feel are in keeping with the era.

The entertainment will be provided in the form of an interactive casino followed by a DJ to see you swinging into the small hours of the morning.

3 fully staffed casino tables (roulette and black jack) will allow everyone to mingle and interact whilst having fun and a flutter, with prizes being awarded at the end of the night. We see this as the perfect way for people to break the ice at the start of the night before moving on to see who is the biggest swinger on the dance floor and who has 2 left feet. Think Foxtrot, Charleston, The Waltz and the Black Bottom followed up by some more current tunes for those who never learnt to Jive...

So here are the details.....

It will be taking place on Saturday 30th January to allow us all to blow away those January blues. It will be held in the south west of Ireland and will be MEET VERIFIED MEMBERS ONLY!!!!

We have also decided preferance will be given to couples over singles. For this reason we have decided to charge €20 per couple or €20 each single (male or female). This will cover your admission fee, your chips for betting and entry to win prizes at the end of the night for biggest chips winner and best dressed catagories.

Finger food will also be laid on for nibbles.

Invites and suitable hotels will be sent at the end of November so guests can plan ahead over the Christmas period and as with other meet & greets, the venue details will be sent on the day of the event.

Quite a long winded post but I am sure there will still be some questions, these and your invite requests can now be sent to this profile where we will keep you informed and do our best to answer any queries. Please include your mobile number with your invite request as this is required for the invites to be sent out.

All mails replied too and the list keeps growing, well over 100 verified members on the list so far.

A question we have been asked a few times....

Do you have to take part in the Casino games?

No this is entirely up to yourself, we just thought it added an extra element of fun to the night. If you don't want to take part you can just observe and treat it as a normal themed/fancy dress event

We have a few other things in the pipeline that will keep those not playing the tables entertained
