I suffer from Chronic insomnia which is a pain.....but hey on the bright side it's only 7 more sleeps to Xmas

Puerto Rico Gran Canaria

A full moon can upset your sleep. Woke up after 3 so watched the red moon, then went back to bed and slept like a baby.

You often hear dogs barking when theres a full moon as well lol
