Tea.... Does it for us, supposedly an apple is better for waking you up in the morning...

Though a nice coffee is good too, but ya cant beat a good cup of tea..

Waking up late and realising I've to be in work in a few mins usually gets me going in the morning! I start at 7 and usually don't get tea or anything to eat till 10!
