Someone susses out your real identity

I don't have a face pic up on my profile unless sent in private message. Anyhoo got a random message from a guy in my town going ...... I know you, you're xxxxxxx. Spelling my name wrong but getting it correct. His profile is pretty sparse and no picture up of course but I think that's awfully rude and inappropriate.....Am I wrong to think that? Surely its manners to reveal yourself in a message like that, knowing that I am going to maybe fret that someone out there knows some kind of "dirty secret" about me? BTW a total newbie on this site and to this lifestyle.

Just block an try an forget it..hard I know but it's best to try...It happens a lot but try not to worry too much..

I know it's easier to say than do but yes, best to block and try to ignore and forget. It's a small country but thankfully most here are discreet. Keep smilin

If you don't respond or block how does he know if he's right or wrong. By blocking him he knows who you are and could talk....

It happens a bit but if he's on here too then he has as much to worry about as you do so,you'll probably figure out in time who he is too.I suppose in future maybe it's best to ask a guy your messaging to send you a facepic first before you send yours,anyway welcome to the site,take it at your own pace and treat this experience as a lesson learned.

This happened to me around 2 months ago!! A randim message said "Oh my God, i know you! You're xxxxxx from Bangor! Hahaha... what the hell are you doing on here!!!" My reply was "cool, who are you?" To which they replied "oh now, i culdn't possibly tell you that now, could i? Hahahaha" i then messaged them saying "then fuck off ya creepy stalker... goodbye!" I didnt block them because if you're using this site as an adult then you're doing absoloutely NOTHING wrong.

Let this sad twat jog on there. He's jealius that youre getting attention and he's not. Welcome to FAB

I block it all yea can do really but u may get people who know yea in fab sometimes no matter what ye do to avoid it try not worry about it to much.

Well whoever it was obviousiy but of a twat and his discretion level is wrong ... I have met 2 people I know and it's been a hi how are you polite message I got so far .. But then again may be a male thing as I not particularly worried ... But still wouldn't like someone being indiscreet

Simple solution.

Close your profile and open a new one, if he contacts you via the new profile then block him.

He coukd be just fishing to find out exactly who you are if he lives in your area.

Well, he is a bit of a prick, isn't he??. Just ignore him and move on, by deleting your profile you are admitting to him that his guess is correct. Leave it a few weeks and then delete and start afresh with a new profile or location. Although if he reads this thread he may know that he is right. Could the admin of the site delete the thread??

Your not doing anything wrong it's only sex after all. A couple of my close friends know I'm on here. The way I see it the less you care what people think of you the less it will bother you. I love the raw honesty in swinging. You have no idiot declaring undying love for you when all you want is some decent sex. Block him and know he's only fantasising about being with you but is too coward to reveal himself. It's his loss

Thanks y'all I blocked him but thought better of it afterwards and unblocked him, then I sent him a reply saying its not very polite to ask that and not reveal your own name...so I will see what he says, I think its just the thought of someone who might know me maybe from a dating site seeing more private pictures of me that's the creepy part...but fuckit I've decided to not let it bother me...and certainly won't be meeting him!!
