Meath

So rude to just no show..

If I say I'll meet, I meet. Even if I get there and there's no attraction I'll have a social cuppa and go on my way. Id never be so arrogant and rude to stand someone up.

Hope you pick better next time.

Dunno what it is. We had a variety of no shows or last minute cancellations (like just at the designated time) this weekend. I'm kind of fed up arranging meets. People without kids or with grown up kids don't understand or have forgotten the logistical challenges of organising meets and don't have any respect for this. Timewasting.

Yea I was very very annoyed. Won't be arranging another meet with them again... Hopefully it was just a one off!

It can be so frustrating and disheartening but you just have to dust yourself off and go again! Don't take it personally either they are probably just time wasters!

It has happened to me a few times, it is just pure bad manners. One guy said he thought I was a time waster so he didn't bother showing up, funny thing is I am verified and he isn't ....wonder why that is, I will always turn up if I say I will, even if there is no spark I will sit and chat at the very least, sometimes common courtesy goes out the window just because this is a swing site... hope you have better luck next time you arrange a meet...
