No judgement but in our experience straight guys can be very comfortable in group play around other guys but will not usually interact intimately with the other guys. We think whoever you are describing is bi or gay. However I don't really believe in labels... People can choose to do something one day experimentally... But I'm talking in general a straight guy would not do that
