Fuck yes! Don't go overboard though(although the extra buoyancy might help), they can get very sensitive.

Sometimes the vacuum tube can get in the way, there are others that inhale just the nipple so a small rubber ring can be slid on to keep the swelling without the tube. Don't worry, you won't be able to forget about leaving them on too long...
