How did everyone learn about the facts of life??

Sorta worked it out as I fumbled along then properly in biology in secondary I think could of have lessons by then though. Kids are told now in low babies which I think is disturbing

My daughter came home from school one day last year, she'd have been in 3rd year secondary. Looked at me, went bright red in the face and walked away. Turns out they were given the "talk" in school. I just sat down with her and let her ask me what she wanted to.

I learned the basics in a book at school when I was about eleven. The rest I learned from problem pages in magazines. I remember having a talk with my mother and being amazed at how little she her self actually knew. She proudly told me one day that my father had never seen her naked. Poor wee innocent mammy x
