Whats your wind down.... what do you do to switch of & relax, Monday around the corner, so for us, it was a movie and a few drinks.....

I used to go fishing as a wind down or up to the range with the rifle. now a days I just chill watching a film but im hoping to get more fishing in the autumn and winter

I always listen to music the wind down.

It always works for me. The book I'm reading at the moment isn't for the feint hearted! Very scary but I leave that for during the day!
