Laptop problems

My laptop is in serious need of updating but I'm not very good at thugs like that. I can't leave it into a repair place because I only use it for my secret side so content is VERY private if ya know what I mean. So I'm looking for a genuine person that can help do it. I'm willing to pay so it's not a freebie. Anyone able to help?

What problems exactly is it having my dear? Ive fixed a few in my time and everyone you fix is another bit of info learned..but more info is required . You can pm me if you wish xx

It keeps saying I need to update my windows version I'm using and won't let me use proper sites when I try because it's not up to date plus I can't get it to work without having internet cable plugged into it

What version do you have on it at the moment?the connecting bit maybe simply a wifi switch on side of laptop ..if its turned off it would require a cable to connect for sure.
