Sometimes if I feel shit on here I pop up my pics and look at the people who fabbed them..then go say hello...and generally end up havin a w convo that picks me up ...bit of weird way round it..but hey..whatever wrks!!!

Kitty, take an hour out. Lay down in bed. Close the curtains and pop on a guided meditation track of YouTube. You'll be surprised how well you'll feel after. Or think of all the good things that have been good today. Think of the small things that have made you smile and concentrate on those things. Xx

Sorta just have to remind yourselves why you joined and what you enjoy and a few days break is always a good idea. The forums aren't the be all and end all of the site even though it can be for some nasty people. Chin up I think everyone's a bit down after such a great bank holiday

I may not know you personally Kitty but for what it's worth my 'tuppence worth' is

. Give yourself a break, be it a few hrs, days or whatever works for you.

. If it's individuals (and not the site itself) block them. They don't deserve you & you can always change your mind later, if you want.

But if nothing's working then think about how much you're going to enjoy your upcoming spa date

I make a point of steping away from fab and the other sites every few weeks for a couple of days just to let the real world breath a little. I always find I'm excited about coming back and having a msg or two waiting from friends or the odd photo fabbed. Puts a little smile on my face

Again while we have never spoken I always check out any topics you have started as you seem do funny and to be honest bat sh*t crazy which is a wonderful quality here lol.

So deep breaths, a day or two away any as many body wanks (never heard that before lol) as you can fit in

This. I went through a tough time last year. My youngest brother text me saying 'cheer up lad,you have a brilliant job, lovely house and a nice car' You'll be fine.

His intentions were brilliant and his heart was in the right place but the text missed the point. I didn't give a shite about any of that stuff. What was going on in my head had nothing to do with materialistic stuff.
