So they are bringing out the new offisde rule in the new soccer season trying to improve the game,I dont know it confuses the feck out me already.

What do yea sport fans think will it slow the game down?.

it will slow the game down only until the offending players interferring with play by blocking etc get penalised and they will learn. I think its a good think cos morally a player blocking is wrong

"A player in an offside position shall be penalised if he; 1. Clearly attempts to play a ball which is close to him when this action impacts on an opponent or; 2. Makes an obvious action which clearly impacts on the ability of an opponent to play the ball."

Haha! I think I a said I don't understand it so many times people just grew tired of me and sat me down with mini footballers made from salt and pepper

It sounds like strict cuckolding I otherwise you get penalised
