you even sound frustrated by your posts ye poor thing! I think making an effort from her is gone, she might be taking you for granted and assuming youll live like that. There could be everyday stress involved, kids, worklife etc. Sit her down and talk to her without making her feel railroaded before the problem escalates

Ur better been honest with her, cause ur gonna resent going home in the evening and ur going to start cheating behind her back as uve all ready done judging by ur verifications, does she deserved to be cheated on ( probally not) . Why not restrict sex yourself for a while?

1 to 2 weeks and see what her appetite is like. If you end up having a wank everytime ...and can't even do that in front of her after she has blue balled you then you aren't really missing out.

Treat her nice, be romantic and things might turn around.

Find the right time to talk about sex and your needs too.
