Just after having a few pints of home brew. Was lovely. Pitty bout the restrictions on it where I live. Will help tho for next social night if I've better recipes. Might see more than the eyes on the local girls.

Just started in the home - brew game myself.

First two were a lager and a light ale.

Now have two new brews bubbling away in a corner; one amber ale and one brown ale.

Mmmm beer...huge satisfaction to doing it yourself.

Can't help you with poitin. For beer, download a program called "brewersmate". You pick a beer you like the sound of and it gives you exact malt, yeast and hops you need for it.

is that the clear stuff that puts hairs on your chest. Note to self in future never trust a 7 up bottle as being 7up. My mouth was on fire.
