There is also club paradise on the north side of the Ij, costs approx 15e from centraal to Paradise; Sameplace is more a bar with a dungeon/playroom, and some 'show'beds - a little sleazy, but we love it, lol x costs approx 10e in a taxi from dam sq, and minimum spend at bar is 10e for a couple. Entrance at Paradise is 50e a couple but you can drink up to 50e worth included.

Fata may be better, but taxi and entrance is much higher too, and takes more time out of your trip.

Thanks for the advice. Give's us somewhere to start. Nothing worse that spending a day or 2 just trying to figure things out.

We went to Fata-Morgana earlier this year and loved it we are going again at the end of August so may see you there if it's the same weekend

Stay away from Club Paradise, it is a nice location but the staff and owners are horrible. Fata Morgana is in Muiden which is a bit outside of town but they have deals with taxi drivers so check their website. It is a fabulous spot. We didn't get to Sameplace but it is on our list. Look out for parties organised by Partyplayers in Lelystad as these are the absolute cream of the scene, also Prikkelgeil. They both have websites and if you join the more international swinger site which I cannot post on this website you will find all the parties that are happening. Just google swinging nederland. We haven't been to fun4two yet but it is on our list. We tried the Swingerzzbar in Den Haag and found it perfect if you don't want the crowded smoky sweaty loud evening. It is a bar with facilities upstairs. Lovely owners and locals. We are in Amsterdam now till mid August and hope to get away from family drama soon to enjoy some fun ourselves. Above all enjoy!!

I've been a few times now both as a couple and more recently single.. but be careful if getting taxis to these places, most aren't legit drivers and work for certain clubs and just bring you there regardless of where you asked to go!! Then try charge you a fortune! Unfortunately if you want the best places you'll have to travel a little bit out from the center but just book a taxi from your hotel you'll be sure to get there safely!

The Paradise club is a traditional swingers venue. On some nights they allow single guys. A plus or a minus for some couples. Saturday I believe is couples only.

Then there is SamePlace.

It's more a bar where play occurs in the bar area as I understand and down stairs.

It seems to be quite popular. They do have theme nights so you would want to check those out first. I'll be over there for the Aug bank holiday hit us up if yeas are there the same time

The ones to visit are well out of the centre, get a taxi and explain exactly what your looking for and they will take you to one. You won't be disappointed.

Hi guys, we have been going there for 8 years either working or pleasure if u don't mind a lot of single guys then club paradise or the showboat is ideal, we have been a good few times to fun4two which is a great club but a good distance from Amsterdam, it's actually in Rotterdam , but for the last two years we keep going back to Fata Morgana a great run club and nice people, 40euro in taxi from Amsterdam Central, around 80to 110 euro to get in depending what night of the wknd ,but for that u get free bar and restaurant (cook yourself) all night, if u go for a meal out and a few drinks it will cost u that anyway, all we can say is a great night out and taxis provided outside the club to take u home safely , sorry for rambling but hope this helps ye, msg us if ye need to know more, this is only our opinion, have a great trip

we have been to paradise club a couple of times...avoid midweek unless you are into lots of guys, sat and sun were much better, about 10 mins from the centre...20e. also went to fata morgana in feb for valentines...yeah its a bit pricey...110e sat night BUT thats all your drinks inc, and food if you want it!

fata was a very smart clean club, great facilities and a good crowd...the best in the area imo.its 50e each way in a taxi but you can always jump a train to muiden then a short taxi ride...or try and sort out if anyone else is going and arrange to share...try a post on "ingzatmice" its a site all about the good things amsterdam has to offer

We went to Fata Morgana last September and we're going back the beginning of October, it's awesome, really looking forward to it I'd say find a cab and agree a price before you leave, that's what we did as at first they wanted 90euros but settled on 45. It cost us 90euros to get in to the club if I remember rightly and all drinks are included, there is a great self serve restaurant too. Have fun!
