Ok people we as always have done and try to meet everyone's needs so with kids on holidays it won't be over the summer hols.which is better for ye end of Sept or end of Oct. Will we make it a themed night or just normal dress please let us know as we want to keep costs down on people. People who have attended our meets know we do try to make it a night to remember.discount on rooms and drink are something we always did and hope to carry on.looking forward to your feedback
