U may have missed the boat on that one but u can but try get on the meet thread and read the terms and conditions there I find a full explanation of procedures for getting an invite

Click on 4th july meet thread and click on the green arrow beside the ops name that will get u to all the threads he's has posted on. Then scroll down till u find the first thread for the 4th July there are the appiclation rules
