I felt slightly guilty buying them but I have a hectic day ahead so I know I'll work out off. They were lovely and fresh, just out of the oven!

I ended up having porridge with almond milk, blueberries, sliced banana and roasted sunflower seeds.

Big cup of mint tea now.

porridge.....but because its the weekend i make it with milk.......fupping fantastic it is

add honey, baked seeds and its delish

i got strawberries this morn also and made a strawberry, banana, blueberry, natural yogurt, peanut butter and a juicy orange smoothie and it was ORGANICsmic

I'm having smoked mackerel with HP sauce on a jumbo floury bap washed down with a pint of full fat milk.Anyone fancy a snog ?? Then in about an hour or so I have fresh pineapple chunks with chopped banana drizzled with organic vanilla yogurt and some dark chocolate grated over the top.
