durex, but start with a few fingers first then add and extra one after a while, she will tell wat she can handle , have fun

Any water based lube (ky or liquid silk for example) will do the trick as long as you use lots, know what you're doing and the lady expresses an interest...

You only need two tools for fisting.

WD-40 and Gaffa tape. If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40; if it moves and shouldn't, use the Gaffa tape.

J Lube is the best lube for fisting in my opinion. Comes in powder form and mixes with water..best to prep it half a day or day before. Gives a great lube which doesn't dry quickly and allows for incredible penetrations.

Forget lube. Stick the ole hand in a hot wash. Jeramy Beadle was a popular guy with the ladies when it came to fisting. You may have to google that one.
