So it's been confirmed by French media this morning that Paul O Connell has signed a two year cntract with Toulon after the World Cup.

No fan could begrudge him this pay packet before retiring, but fuck - he'll be missed!

Be interesting to see his farewell in Belfast tomorrow - I can't wait!

Paul is a brilliant pack leader and even when Heaslip was captain, Paul was always pack leader as his leadership qualities was second to none...and not to be surpassed,...so scrum on Paul....
